Applications for 2021 - 22 season due by September 9

The HAWK Hockey goal would be to provide opportunities for all children that want to play hockey, be given the chance to play hockey. 

We at HAWK understand that Hockey is a major family financial commitment, and that some family budgets can not cover the full cost of their child playing hockey.  

We are in the early stages in developing our program. We are hoping to grow this program with fund raisers, local business sponsors, and Grants from other HAWK families that wish to help the members of our association. We have created a special account to be used for only Scholarships. 

To apply confidentially for the scholarship please fill out the application below and put it in an envelope marked attn: Treasurer, place in the Treasurers payment box at Walker Ice and Fitness.  If you have been granted a scholarship in a previous season at this time we will not be able to approve another one as we have many families that are in need of assistance.

All applications will be reviewed by the HAWK Board and Scholarships will be given strictly based on financial needs.
